Marvellous restaurant. Staff are very attentive and the food is sublime. I urge anyone who enjoys culinary excellence to try this place out.I could breakdown each dish but there is little point in doing so as this this just needs to be experienced.

伦敦美食|米其林二星Core by Clare Smyth📍92 Kensington Park Rd, London, W11 2PN这家餐厅如今被评为米其林二星，坐落在伦敦Notting Hill附近，朋友说一进店的感觉就是，主理人是女性吧，处处细腻，森林感也很强。餐厅需要提前定位，我是提前了一个半月，然后定到了工作日晚上9:45的位置，直接吃到第二天凌晨！入门处有吧台，进去以后有一个长桌，右侧台阶往上就是主要的用餐区域，整体暖黄色的光看起来还挺浪漫的，左侧开放式厨房，能看到厨师们忙碌的身影。餐厅有classics和seasonal set，我和朋友选了一个115磅的classics和85磅的正常的set。Isle of Mull scallop tartare摆盘上注重营造森林和丛林的感觉，鸟巢状垫在底部，贝类打开以后就是很棒的设计，非常新鲜嫩滑的口感加上有一点绿油油的蔬菜炖汤，配上绿色的点缀植物！Potato and roe非常普通的土豆，做的倒是也别具匠心！造型很特别，然后选择的是小土豆，感觉软硬适中，再加上表层的鲱鱼和鳟鱼籽，特别细腻了！Skate底层鳕鱼非常鲜嫩，一切就散开，再搭配牛油和瑞士甜菜，非常别具一格的设计和口感！Lamb carrot胡萝卜的形状特别可爱，上次覆盖肉丝加上葡萄口味的切片，旁边有一个白色圈圈，内部是绿色的点缀，虽然吃起来有点咸咸的和说不出的设计感，但是摆盘上营造的大自然的感觉还挺特别的！Duck and red grapes这道菜值得好好说一说，做的像两叶扁舟，鸭肉是大的那块，表层点缀的像是一颗颗玻璃球。另外一半吃起来就是很甜甜的感觉，整道菜还有百里香和蜂蜜！Core apple颜值很高的苹果甜品，里面是很特别的慕斯口感，口感偏酸！Pink grapefruit粉红葡萄柚，表层加了很多糖霜切片，还有西柚泥和西柚切片，酸甜结合到了极致！Sharpham Park speltchicken oyster口感挺特别的，不会过于腥气，而且还有类似饭一样的部分，鱼子酱的味道也渗透的很好！摆盘像个真的鸟巢！Oxtail stuffed Roscoff onion这道菜绝美了！因为牛肉的质量特别好，切开来内部有点红色，但是特别鲜嫩！强烈推荐这道！
